Women's Basketball (25-2, 15-1 IIAC)

L 8-5 and L 13-2 vs. Calvin College, March 8: Junior Cory Dawson hit 3-for-4 in the first game batting in three runs. Junior Curt Bjork scored two runs in the first game and was 2-3 with one RBI in the nightcap.

W 9-5 and W 9-2 vs. Monmouth, March 9: Sophomore Beau Kaplan was 3-3 in the opener and batted in two runs. Junior Jason Hayes went 2-4 and charted three RBIs in the second game.

W 14-4 and L 6-5 vs. Dickinson College, March 11: Junior Corey Rasmussen was 2-4 in the first game and had five RBIs in game one. Junior Jesse Reis was 2-4 in the second game while also batting in one run.

W 4-2 vs. Presentation College, March 12: Reis helped pace the Storm to victory once again by going 3-3, scoring two runs and charting two more RBIs.

W 3-0 vs. Webster University, March 13: Senior Jason McClaflin went 1-4 in the game and scored a run. Freshman Dave Johnson was 1-3 in the game and charted one RBI.

L 8-1 and W 14-6 vs. UMASS-Boston on March 14: Dawson was 1-4 and scored the lone run for the Storm in the first game. Junior Chris Jones went 1-4 with a home run in the second game to help lead the Storm to a victory.

Softball (10-4, 0-0 IIAC)

L 7-0 vs. Muskingum, March 8.

W 12-1 vs. Geneva College, March 8.

W 8-3 vs. Rhode Island College, March 9.

W 7-0 vs. Emmanuel College, March 9.

W 14-0 vs. Marietta College, March 10.

W 6-1 vs. Benedictine, March 10.

W 6-2 vs. Mt. Union, March 11.

W 2-0 vs. Hiram, March 11.

W 5-1 vs. Defiance, March 13.

L 4-1 vs. Heidelberg, March 13.

W 1-0 vs. Anderson College, March 14.

L 6-2 vs. Marian College, March 14.

L 4-2 vs. Ramapo, March 15.

Track and Field (Men's and Women's)

Iowa State University Last Chance Meet, March 8: No team scores were kept. Sophomore Lauren Bucklin placed sixth in the women's 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.97 seconds. Sophomore Wardell Watkins came in seventh in the long jump with a distance of 6.46 meters. Freshman Catie Ellingson provisionally qualified and set a new school record, running a 2:14.35 on the 300-meter track.
